Ethics, free will, and (limited) ties to Libertarianism

And, as a supporter of free will, I'm rather fond of this.

That said, I've always been curious as to whether this is generally interpreted to mean, "You don't have the right to breach rights," As an end-of-story sort of thing, or if it's been taken to mean in some context I've missed that one's own right might supersede those of another. If the latter, that's not OK, and I'll need to yank the line.
