Shower Chimes

there are wind chimes in the shower
that one might while cleaning tenders
reach out and grab small quantities
in well-soaped notes and cadences
of that thing one has forgotten
soft loofa to the melody
antipathy well plundered
where if one brings a chair
waterproofed and proper
one might relax while claiming bathing
and to the while of one’s desires
strum until the lasting fire
warms a gentle wonder
