Shine

you might not drink it
you might not even drink
but someone in the sticks offers up shine
trust but verify is the vibration of survival
gotta be sure the run’s clean –
that in hand, two sources say-so
one takes the shine with thanks
brings it home
six years on a shelf later
if no-one swills it
at least the engine’s clean
