I got a monogram for my crust
the smallest pie crust ever
I couldn’t fill it very much
lest the filling spill right over
but somehow it was just enough
buttery and savored
baked off at three and fifty F
cream cheese filled with flavor
and on the top its namesake
this is my special cheesecake
