Ice Cream

murder strut is confidence in boots
the walk people move away from
and on a good day, it’s barefoot on a mountain
or the wee kidlet in the supermarket
strutting alongside – oh yeah, mama, I’m walkin’
adults getting out of the way
followed by ice cream
