A reckoning

talking to the hot peppers again
sixteen breeds coming on strong
seedlings getting daily serenades
industrial and EBM assistance
backing vocals by the one bloke
who’s clearly just had all the hots
just rammed in, stuffed in, lit
he’s clearly willing, weak flesh aside
telling my young plants stories
about humans who need, so need
a reckoning
