Food It Again

it’s a little bit late for the cat-sat-cat
to explain how they’ve never been fed
as I am the one who stuffed them full
of the stuffing they most invest in

still, they insist, they have not been fed
their pleasant plumpness endangered
clearly I need to put more food right here
that we round up their nomming together
