Choices Were Made

lap-cat drooling
in the crook of my knee
signaling something
smells good on me
could it be potatoes
could it be the curry
could you please stop drooling
could you just be purry
I dunno, lap cat
this is gross and illegal
but thankfully I did not decide
to adopt that bloody beagle
