Unsafe Around Automatic Doors

egrets, encouraging the notion
that they’d just dropped their first r

became coin operated, silver in
fish smelling opportunism out
those uncomfortably long necks
taking coins of all values
small animals, crustaceans
wooden shims and forgeries

we do not know why they came
our grocery has none of these things
