Dark Days And Windshield Wipers

dark as the inside of a cat, mate
ain’t so great since we made those suckers bioluminescent
the sort of cartoon school bus ride where every detail
lovingly presented in ghost green and gold

never gets old, but the mewing
oh kitten, a school bus inside you
doesn’t define you, but I’d mew too
and murder it after
