That Silent Safety

they say they can cut my personhood off
that if they can find it, they will

but I must have cut it off myself somehow
no real person would, in essence, differ

that I must defer, show complications
in precise rotation, lip to leader

but I must have cut myself off somehow
no real person would have stopped speaking

no real person would start, off beam
off season, my person being off
