Bite, Bite, Bite

my first year in advertising
my side job was sigint
decoding mothership signal

extracting that delicious part
that cats parse most clearly
as bite, bite, bite

which is why on weekends
our crunch-flakes breakfast jingle
coincide so heavily

with fuzzy, fuzzy injury
